Basketball Team News
Congratulations to the Boys' Varsity Basketball team on their 72-60 victory over the Chaminade Flyers on Friday, January 15th. The game will be aired tonight (1/19/10) at 8 & 11 PM on MSG Varsity, Cablevision channels 14 and 614. It will also be posted on www.msgvarsity.com.
The Varsity Basketball team is one to watch this year. They are ranked number 2 among all schools in Nassau County. Newsday also lists Chauvaughn Lewis as one of the 10 players who have been impressing so far this season. Lewis is averaging around 16 points for St. Mary's and had 23 points in an early season win over Uniondale. Click here for the Newsday link to schedules and box scores.
